DESIGN / PLAN An Intimate Sit Down Wedding Dinner

It was 29th October 2020 and somewhere in Goregaon, an intimate gathering of people had come together in a cozy home overflowing with joy, love and a special touch of Sanj magic.

● The occasion was Sampath Daniel and Amrutha Rao’s much awaited wedding, who are lovingly called Danny and Amu. It was back in August when Danny reached out to Team Sanj with his plans to get ‘Amu’sed for life! We discovered that Danny and Amu’s love story goes back to January 2019 when they both met at another wedding and danced the night away! By April, they had confessed their love to each other and by November they knew they wanted to tie the knot.

● Danny may be in the army but he is far from a brat! Amu is creative to Danny’s calm and together they emulated a genuine and vibrant kind of love that deserved to be celebrated in an authentic and meaningful way.

● This translated to Danny’s childhood home in Goregaon being converted into the wedding venue, which had never looked so dreamy before, his parents expressed to our delight. SANJ added the couple’s personal touch to everything, from the wedding ceremony and dinner arrangements to the decor and gifts. It was a simple but no ordinary affair starting with a ring & garland exchange ritual and ending with cake cutting accompanied by some music.

● The wedding entrance was lit up with candles while the dinner table was set up for an intimate meal, decorated with warm fairy lights, flowers and overhead lights to illuminate the setting.

● For guests’ and the couple’s safety, temperature checks, masks and a sanitisation station were in place for the night. The guests were in for a treat as they received a heartwarming present from the couple in the form of customized succulent plants.

● Danny got emotional, retelling the story of how he and Amu fell in love! Team Sanj wanted the couple to relive every moment on their big night, which was accomplished by setting up a milestone board for all guests to celebrate how #DannyGotAmused

● Every Guest had a smile on their face because Danny and Amu’s love illuminated the night and Team Sanj played a helping hand in making their wedding dreams become a reality, something that they’ll cherish for the rest of their lives thinking back to when #DannyGotAmused.
